Backlash is a vehicle in Blast Corps. It's also a Training Level by its name.
Backlash is one of the earliest vehicles available in Blast Corps., though also the hardest to master. Hitting buildings with the front of the vehicle does very little damage. However, the back of the vehicle does large amounts of damage while in a skid. As such, precise timing and quite a bit of maneuvering room is needed to use it effectively. Often in later levels or when chasing medals, making one mistake with Backlash ensures that the entire level will need to be restarted.

- In the English version of Blast Corps, it bears the initials BC for Blast Corps. In the Japanese version, it bears BD, which stands for BlastDozer.
- Backlash does not appear to be based on a particular haul truck, but does resemble the Komatsu 930E, and Caterpillar 785.
- It is considered the most hated vehicle by fans.
